Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Council \(BCP Council\) via Poole Housing Partnership Ltd \(PHP\) its Arms-length management organisation \(ALMO\) requires the consultancy services of a Employers Agent, CDM Principal Designer and Cost Consultant to assist in the management and delivery of two projects; namely the Hillbourne Affordable Housing Scheme and the Herbert Avenue Temporary Accommodation Development\.
