Design and construction of a new 1260 place middle and upper school using ESFA Framework Agreement.

Timeline:

PITT closes - 5:00 pm 11/01/2019 ITT stage issued to successful bidders: 21/01/2019 ITT Closes: 5:00 pm 05/03/2019 Award date: 22/03/2019

Contract dates: 18/03/2019 - 25/03/2019 (start of stage 3 design) 19/10/2020 - 28/10/2020 (practical completion of phase 2)

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Tender returns must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
