098-0223T LiDAR Sensor System suitable for UAV use

Description

AEC is seeking a high-resolution LiDAR system which must be capable of being attached to UAVs. In this instance we are looking for this system to be able to be mounted and flown on a DJI M300 UAV (or equivalent specification of drone. For ease of purpose DJI M300 will be used as reference throughout the specification) This will be used for agricultural measurements and must meet the specification requirements. ITT documents are only available to access from the following e-tendering portal:- https://ne1procurementservices.com/content/live_tenders.php Additional information: Queries/Clarification Questions:- No Bidder is permitted to contact any Authority (AEC) staff member whatsoever, during this procurement exercise, as to do so will render any Bid from a Bidder whom contravenes this instruction to automatically exclude themselves from the ITT opportunity at the discretion of the Authority. Any queries arising from this document, and/or for further clarification, Bidders must only use the Q&A protocol at the electronic address (see page 1) no later than noon 27th Feb 2023 - as beyond this date and time no further clarification questions will be answered. We reserve the right to refuse to respond to any clarification questions if they are deemed to be seeking to gain commercial advantage/confidential information/unfair advantage against the other bidders, and additionally we may reject any offer submitted as a result of such infringement. The Authority may at its discretion communicate any questions and/or requests for information together with the Authority's response to all Bidders.
