SW Consultants Framework Call-Off: Design Team for a 100-120 Bedroom Hotel, Harbour View, Terrace Car Park, Torquay

TDA (on behalf of the Council) is now seeking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable design team to take the proposal forward to RIBA Stage 3 (i.e. to secure planning permission).
