GB-Derby: DH21005 - Specialist Underpinning Works

Specialist underpinning works to 5 properties in the city of Derby. Works will include traditional mass fill concrete underpinning and underpinning using cast in-situ driven concrete piles.

Properties will be occupied so access for the residents and visitors must be maintained throughout the duration of the underpinning works.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
