Specialist underpinning works to 5 properties in the city of Derby\. Works will include traditional mass fill concrete underpinning and underpinning using cast in-situ driven concrete piles\. Properties will be occupied so access for the residents and visitors must be maintained throughout the duration of the underpinning works\.
