Work description
The Royal Borough Kingston has a requirement to engage experienced and skilled consultant to engage residents across the Council's homes service area, outcome of consultation is expected to support changes in the practice and the administration of service charges, to deliver closure of gaps between the actual costs of delivering communal services.
