Cervical Screening Management System - New Agreement

Description

Commercial agreement to deliver Early Life Support of the new Cervical Screening Management System (CSMS) in readiness for handover to a Replacement Supplier. This is a new commercial agreement is to deliver critical security related requirements where the timescales required for delivery mean that the Replacement Supplier, on commencement of its contract, will not have time to deliver. This contract is awarded directly in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 32(5). The contractual obligations for this award will be implemented through a modification to the previous contract with the supplier.
