London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is inviting proposals for a festive winter-themed multi-content event to be held in Victoria Park for winter 2025, winter 2026 and an optional third year for winter 2027. This service is being let as a concession. Important note: operators should be aware that LBTH reserves the right not to award any operator contract on completion of this tender process.
