Work description
Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a specialist law firm to provide legal services for recovering Council Tax and Business Rates debts through the use of legal proceedings based on individual case requirements which could include the following:
• Bankruptcy Petitions • Winding Up Petitions • Applications from debtors to annul bankruptcy orders • Applications from debtors to annul winding up orders • Charging orders • Orders for sale The deadline for submission of completed tenders is 11:00am Friday 6th March 2020 DN464269 https://procontract.due-north.com
