Executive search for a CRO. Partnering with a supplier who has experience in this market. Previous experience of placing Chief Risk Officers is essential as well as experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector and within Government agencies/ departments. A strong focus on diversity is also essential and evidence of an inclusive search as well as selection process will also be required. Include psychometric assessments as part of the process
