## Description

Executive search for a CRO\. Partnering with a supplier who has experience in this market\. Previous experience of placing Chief Risk Officers is essential as well as experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector and within Government agencies/ departments\. A strong focus on diversity is also essential and evidence of an inclusive search as well as selection process will also be required\. Include psychometric assessments as part of the process
