## Description

This is a building refurbishment project to create a satellite special needs facility for Phillip Southcote School at Epsom and Ewell High School\. This will be achieved by internal adaptation and refurbishment within the existing school to create approx\. 500m2 of specialist space for use by Philip Southcote School in the provision of a satellite SEN Unit at Epsom and Ewell High School\.
