Quantity Surveying Consultancy Framework St Helens Council

The Council is seeking to create a framework of up to four Quantity Surveyor Consultants for this consultancy service.

It is intended that the framework be in place for two calendar years.

The Council will expect its appointed Consultants to work closely and proactively with the Councils teams with the intention of creating collaborative working relationships; so that any Consultant will function as an extension of the Council team focused on the same values of efficient delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
