Construction for North Magazine Civil Works, Hereford Enterprise Zone

Description

This work is for the construction phase of the North Magazine Civil Works at Hereford Enterprise Zone (HEZ). Hereford Enterprise Zone / Herefordshire Council has now completed the master planning exercise for the North Magazine and has established a plot layout for the site. Design work for the necessary plot access roads (approximately 400m of new highways to be built to adoptable standards) with drainage basin, utility corridors, ground works and landscaping is now complete. We are now looking to move forward with the construction phase for these works as soon as possible.
