FEW1287 - Central Heating Boiler Replacement and Associated Works

Description

The Initial Term of the Framework Agreement was 2 years. Although the Authority had an option to extend the Framework Agreement beyond the Initial Term by a further period or periods of up to a maximum of two (2) years, the Authority failed to exercise this. This is therefore an extension under a waiver to allow the current provision to run until 31/10/2024 whilst a new Procurement activity is undertaken.
