Work description
The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is an Acute Trust, providing a wide range of hospital services such as Accident and Emergency, Surgical, Medical Specialities, Therapy Services, Maternity and Paediatric Care. This requirement is for the Provision of home delivered peritoneal dialysis for the period 1st June 2017 to 31st May 2018
