Work description
Support with transformation programme to maintain the flow of inpatient and reduce out-of-area placements (OAPs). Three broad elements of the reduction improvement plan that the Trust would like support to progress:
1. Reduce avoidable admissions - introduction of assessment wards 2. Aligning of bed demand and capacity 3. Reducing length of stay
