## Description

Introduction of car parking revenue management system to optimise space and revenue\. LLA currently has circa 9\.5k car parking spaces, of which the majority is pre-booked \(excluding Drop Off Zone and Short Stay\), and sold online directly and via third party distributers\. LLA is inviting proposals for a revenue management system that facilitates and understands the relationship between price and demand in order to maximise revenue and optimise occupancy in return for optimal RevPAS \(Revenue Per Available Space\), and takes into consideration the impact of the total Luton Airport Car Parking market\. It must also support existing integrations and partners \(LLA uses the pre-book system of Airport X and Skidata barrier equipment\)\. The platform must meet all our requirements as detailed below\. The contract will be in place for a period of three years, with the option for LLA to extend for a further one year period \(3\+1 years\)\. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references\.
