The requirement is for a service to provide advice on the following topics as required: • Strategic treasury advice • Capital finance advice • Housing finance advice • Treasury management policy & strategy advice • Interest rate forecasting & economic advice • Investment policy advice • Debt management / restructuring advice • Credit ratings advice • Leasing advice • Technical advice
The services are required primarily by the Technical Accountant and other members of the Finance Team as required.
