NOTE: This notice was updated on 22 June 2017 for the following reason: The loss adjuster has subsequently agreed to extend the scope of works included in the original documentation. Revised documents have been made available on the procurement portal and as a result the deadline for submission of tenders has been extended by 7 days.The reinstatement of various areas following a fire to include the replacement of roof, kitchen, bathroom and partial/full rewire, full service check and associated works to 18 Mornington Road Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
