# We are looking for a cost-effective digital magazine service delivered on a single shared digital platform which will be accessible to any registered Library Member \(including non-resident members who work or study in or regularly visit the area\) of the partner authorities via a dedicated website and app\(s\) as a minimum\. Access is required to a wide range of fully unabridged UK published popular magazines suitable for a general public library audience, across a range of genres\.
