## Description

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency \(MHRA\) require the appointment of an experienced and accredited Debt Recovery Agency for the provision of Services relating to Pre-Legal collections and Legal Recoveries across the UK and internationally\. The Supplier shall be required to provide comprehensive and efficient debt recovery/collection Services with the implementation of effective systems and processes to ensure auditability, professionalism and sensitivity\. The Services shall be called off as required and therefore there is no guarantee of volumes of work; however, the Supplier must be able to manage service fluctuations - our business needs will dictate the number and type/scale of instructions\.
