Installation of Doors & Windows, 21 Properties, Hebburn

Description

South Tyneside Homes (STH) is looking to procure a contractor to deliver the works. It will involve, but not be limited to, installation of new doors and windows, making good all work disturbed, i.e. plastering reveals, new internal sills and fitting skirtings. Also including air tightness measures to frames. The Principal Contractor will be South Tyneside Homes, who will be undertaking any M&E works and also providing welfare, storage etc - the successful contractor will be a subcontractor to STH, and will need to liaise with the retrofit co-ordinator (JDDK Architects). The properties will be occupied during the works.
