Aerodynamic Test Facility Installation - ORE/24/067

Description

Presently, the TDC is undergoing development works which includes the installation of an aerodynamic test facility. The intention is to install the ex-Carlin Motorsport wind tunnel which was acquired from Northumbria University in 2022, and has been in storage ever since. An initial inventory check has been conducted and the key components are present, however a detailed plan for refurbishment, installation and commissioning is still needed. OREC personnel have no experience in this area, so Contractor support is necessary to oversee this work.
