HSE are seeking to engage the services of an experienced organisation to develop and deploy a public web application based on the existing prototype. HSE are 'technology agnostic' as to which language(s), techniques and initial hosting arrangements are used, although the ongoing ease and cost of continued use and hosting will be assessed as part of the tender exercise.
