WP2/Assurance - lead on a set of activities to develop a clear and complete assurance plan that outlines the approach needed at programme and sub- programme level for the duration of the programme. WP3/Benefits - re-assess the programme benefits. Working across the programme, identify and agree benefits, then make recommendations on an approach to monitor and evaluate these.
