Work description
West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), would like to establish a contract for a Host Operator Processing System that is capable of exchanging data alongside the existing ticketing system architecture. As well as the HOPS element of the system, WMCA would like to incorporate the Part 11 to ensure the delivery of smart ticketing that is complaint with ITSO requirements.
