Direct Award via SCAPE Construction England and Wales Up to £7.5m

Procurement of a principal contractor, Morgan Sindall, to undertake a health and safety audit in advance of taking possession of the building.

At the end of the 6-week period Morgan Sindall will provide the Council a scope of works, programme and cost for managing and undertaking option 3 of Faithful+Gould's report v.05 dated 19 January 2022.
