The press office plays a critical role in managing the university's global reputation, ensuring that our communications reach the right audiences, and staying informed about public discourse involving the group\. Media monitoring and distribution are vital components of our function, enabling us to send press releases across the globe and monitor what is being said about the university, whether positive or negative\. After investigating three different suppliers, including our current one, we decided to go with Cision which represents a major cost saving
