## Description

Housing 21 are looking to appoint Suppliers who can design and fit out the marketing suites \(show apartment and sales offices\) within the budget set by Housing 21\. Within the Show Apartment, successful Suppliers will also be expected to display customer options and standard packages such as made to measure curtains, curtains headers, poles and fitted bedroom furniture, all of which would be available to purchase by the Customer\. All purchased options and packages will be fitted by the successful Supplier in order to provide a more seamless, hassle free move; enhancing the customer experience\.
