Government Support Services - Face to Face Identity Verification

In person digital identity document validation and identity verification services to allow customers who cannot get verified via other online channels to successfully verify themselves using an offline face-to-face channel in Post Office branches.

Additional information: This is an award of Contract made under G-Cloud 13 following a desk top exercise which was concluded on the 05/09/23, so no official closing date was needed. The Contract is for an initial period of 24 months with options to extend for up to a further 24 months. The Contract End Date shown includes for an Initial Term of 24 months with options to extend for a further 24 months, so the Contract End Date show, is if all extension options are undertaken (i.e., 28 Feb 2026 or 29 Feb 2028 if extended).

The forecast spend is the maximum forecast based on utilisation of all optional extensions and based on extrapolation beyond year 2 as Post Office does not have precise forecasts for that period. This forecast might therefore overstate the likely spend.
