Work description
The Council, in conjunction with Connected Voices, wishes to appoint a consultant, or team of consultants, to produce a detailed assessment of the digital maturity of 25 VCSE (Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise) agencies. This will contribute towards increasing digital inclusion and skills for VCSE agencies, and will provide a suitable platform for digital innovation for those who wish to build upon what they've learned.
