GB-Edinburgh: Electric Forklift Truck

Oban base currently has two electric forklift trucks, one with a three ton lifting capacity with the other having a 1.5 ton lifting capacity. NLB require to purchase or lease a replacement for the three ton model, supplied in 2006, which has become unreliable.

The forklift will have the capability to connect with the mains power supply at NLB base for charging. A full specification is included within the tender document.

The supplier will ensure that delivery of the vehicle occurs no later than 31st March 2020.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
