The requirement is to develop two complementary brands to promote Rugby Town Centre: one for B2B audiences and the other for consumer audiences\. The brands will convey a "fresh start" and ambition for Rugby town centre, promoting the very best of the town to investors, to partners, to residents and to visitors\.
