Care at Home and in the Community for Children and Young People

Southwark Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of Care at Home and in the Community for Children and Young People. \r \r The council anticipates this contract for services to operate as a framework agreement for a period of four years. \r \r This service will provide care and support to children under 18, who have been assessed to meet the council's eligibility criteria for unmet needs.
