The Council wishes to appoint a consultant to review refurbishment plans for Bournemouth International Centre \(BIC\) to enhance its attractiveness and secure its continued success\. The objectives for the BIC refurbishment are to: • Significantly enhance the attractiveness of the BIC • Ensure that BBC's investment in the BIC are cost-effective and give good value for money • Optimise wider benefits for Bournemouth local economy arising from the BIC\.
