## Description

Appointment of the two suppliers to provide maintenance and repairs to the metal infrastructure at the RHWS\. LCC are undertaking a compliant procurement process to appoint a contractor to undertake these services\. Once this procurement is completed, the Council will halt any use of the two suppliers in this notice\. The RHWS service provision is a statutory service, the Council has a legal obligation to ensure this service is delivered safely, therefore, until the new contract is awarded, the service require a contractor to provide these services\. No amount of business is guaranteed to be given to the suppliers awarded in this notice, the value advertised is a maximum potential value\. These values are unlikely to be reached as this is only an interim solution\. Maximum potential contract value per supplier awarded; Site Welding Services £39,500 CSM Leicester £35,000
