## Description

In line with the ambitions of the LGA's White Paper, we wish to commission a piece of research that quantifies the potential headline financial benefits of a place-based approach to public services and makes high-level recommendations regarding potential changes in legislation, departmental procedure and local delivery systems\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
