Work description
Demolition of the former Longshaw Nursery Building, Crosby Road, Blackburn, BB2 3NF comprising of pulling down of main buildings, grubbing-up of foundations and disused services, removal of asbestos, filling of voids with compacted crushed fill. Include for removal of all waste and debris from site to licensed tip or for recycling where possible. Note perimeter fencing and gates to be left insitu.
