GB-Leeds: Z/3210 Catering Branding Consultancy

Great Food at Leeds (GFAL) (the name for Catering Services at the University of Leeds) are embarking on a new project to examine the packaging used across their in-house freshly made retail food to go portfolio. This is happening hand-in-hand with a review of the food to go retail items product portfolio. This retail portfolio consists of 14 cafes across campus and a large refectory space. The main food to go items prepared in house are a range of sandwiches, salads and food pots. In addition, there is also the need to examine the coffee cup presently used. Whilst being on a University campus, there is still tough competition from external retail outlets and also competition from our own Students Union that provide a range of grab and go options. http://gfal.leeds.ac.uk/where-to-eat/

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
