TWBC Ice Rink Provision 2018

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (referred to as TWBC or The Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors (the Contractor) to provide the service as outlined in the Specification.

In summary the service will cover: • Hire of temporary ice rink • Installation and removal of temporary ice rink • internal and external sound • surrounding festive lighting

Provisional Key Dates: • OJEU Notice: Monday 26 February 2018 • Issue ITT : Wednesday 28 February 2018 • Site Visit Date: 14 and 23 March 2018 (Please indicate your preference as soon as possible) • Deadline for Expression of Interest: Friday 6 April 2018 • Deadline ITT returns: Friday 13 April 2018 • ITT review and selection of preferred contractor: Friday 20 April 2018 • Commence Contract: Monday 22 October 2018

The Kent Business Portal eProcurement system will be used to facilitate the secure interchange of documents. All communication should be made via this system. Your ITT response must be submitted electronically into the same tender box that you used to retrieve the original documents, duly completed and signed before the dead-line and when the tender box closes at 12:00 on Friday 13 April 2018.
