Modification Notice Original description: Responsive repairs, works to void properties, gas, servicing & repairs and planned investment works. Description of the modifications The original contract was let at £40,000,000. due to a large under spend we are extending the duration of the contract for a further 12 months. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: The modification is caused due to a large under spend on the existing contract, which was unforeseen when this contract was let.
