## Description

The National Audit Office \(NAO\) currently has a contract with Ideagen Plc to use Pentana Audit MK 12\.0, an audit management and documentation solution, that expires in March 2023\. The system is still required so that auditors can continue to use it for a further 3 years until NAO's new Audit Management System is ready to be used for all its mainstream regulated audits\.
