1\.1 The Council wishes to procure a provider to deliver a programme of innovative youth work, intervention and positive activity opportunities in Walsall for young people on the edges of criminality and their families\. 1\.2 The service offer will be developed and delivered by the provider, this will include provision for each young person engaged with the service to receive: o 1 x after-school club pw \(term-time only\) o 1 x weekend activity pw \(term-time only\) o one to one mentor/trusted adult \(throughout the programme\) Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
