To support the University of Leeds to drive enrolment to a suite of completely free online courses on a global online learning platform\. Initial delivery of support must start from 1st August 2020\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
