Funding has been allocated from WECA's Investment Fund towards masterplanning in several parts of the region that have been identified as areas requiring significant infrastructure investment\.\\r \\r For each Lot, the work is divided into three main phases:\\r • Phase 1: Evidence gathering and baseline;\\r • Phase 2: Options generation and stakeholder engagement;\\r • Phase 3: Production of draft masterplan\.
