Stage 1 pre-construction services \(PCSA\) contract of Budoch Court to Cosmur Construction \(London\) Limited for the sum of £166,772\.32 \(One hundred and sixty six thousand, seven hundred and seventy two pounds 32 pence\) excluding VAT\.\\r \\r The PCSA is to develop and undertake a scheme to the requisite RIBA 4 stage level and range of detail, in particular design and costs, in order to conclude the agreement and enter into a formal and final Design & Build contract for delivery of the main scheme of 20 new affordable homes at Budoch Court\.
