## Description

This notice is for the Heat Networks Growth Scenarios model, which has been in development since mid-2023\. The model underpins the Government's growth target for heat networks, for use in the upcoming Warm Homes Plan, the spending review, and elsewhere\. The model is near-complete, with only a few rounds of quality assurance still to undertake\.
