Overview of Wickham and Knowle Parish Council Wickham and Knowle Parish Council operates a committee system\. Overview of Services Required The Grounds Maintenance Service required by the Council broadly comprises of grass cutting & strimming, clearance of hedge and fence lines, preparation of the sports grounds, cleaning of the sports pavilion, litter collection prior to these tasks, the removal of graffiti, general clearance, the disposal of waste at various sites and maintenance of play areas\. Wickham and Knowle Parish Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and sole traders for a three-year grounds maintenance contract\. The land & property, as applicable to these services, is situated across the Parish of Wickham and Knowle\.
